Start with 3 component genes and 3 control genes.

Create 3 gene sequences: (gene1, gene2, gene3), (gene1, gene3, gene2), (gene2, gene1, gene3)

Create 3 chromosomes by combining one control gene with each gene sequence.

Create 2 chromosomes: Mate chromosome 1 and chromosome 2; Mutate chromosome 2.

Create a chromosome tree from chromosomes 1-5. Mutate the tree to produce a second tree.

Mate the two trees and mutate the offspring.

Mate the 2nd and third trees and mutate the offspring.

Express the final gene tree.
